Tom Walker

Tom Walker is a product research editor at Top10TierProducts, covering Travel. Tom focuses on comparing luggage, travel backpacks, adapters and packing gear on verified specifications, real-world use-cases and value for money, rather than on brand marketing.

Before recommending anything, Tom maps out who is actually shopping in the category and why, because the best option for a small flat is rarely the best one for a large family home. That buyer-first approach is why Tom's guides break out specific picks for different needs instead of crowning a single winner for everyone.

Following the site's transparent ranking method, Tom never accepts payment for placement, never publishes fabricated ratings, and clearly notes when a product has not been tested hands-on. Tom works alongside the editorial team led by JB to keep the Travel rankings consistent, accurate and up to date.

When not comparing spec sheets, Tom is tracking new releases and price changes so the Travel section reflects what is genuinely worth buying right now, not what was best a year ago.
