Accuracy is the foundation of everything we do, and we treat it that way. We are not too proud to be wrong, and we would always rather fix a mistake quickly than let it stand. This page explains how we handle errors and corrections.
If you believe something on the site is inaccurate, out of date or misleading, email corrections@top10tierproducts.com with the page URL and a short description of the issue. A source or evidence is helpful but not required; a clear pointer to the problem is enough for us to investigate.
We review every report we receive. If we confirm an error, we correct it promptly. For minor fixes, such as a typo or a broken link, we simply make the change. For significant changes, such as a corrected fact or a changed recommendation, we note the update in the visible update log on the affected page and refresh its last-modified date.
We draw a clear line between factual corrections and editorial opinion. We will always fix a factual error. Disagreements about a ranking are welcome, read carefully and sometimes change our minds, but our rankings ultimately reflect our independent editorial judgement, and we will not change a placement simply because a manufacturer or reader prefers a different order.
We do not quietly rewrite history. Material corrections are logged on the page so you can see what changed and when, and significant rankings updates are reflected in the guide’s modified date.
Getting things right, and putting them right when we do not, is central to earning your trust. If you ever feel we have handled a correction poorly, please tell us through our contact page.
